Villa Prairie des Aliz\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Purpose<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    These Terms and Conditions apply to direct bookings made for Villa Prairie des Aliz\u00e9s, located in Cap Est, Martinique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By submitting a booking request, the guest acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Booking Request and Confirmation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Selecting dates and submitting the booking form on the website constitutes a booking request and does not represent an immediate confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Each booking request is reviewed before being accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      the booking request has been approved by Prairie des Aliz\u00e9s;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      validation de la demande par Prairie des Aliz\u00e9s ;
      these Terms and Conditions have been accepted;
      the required deposit has been paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A confirmation email is then sent to the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Stay Price<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The applicable rates are those communicated at the time the booking is approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The price estimate displayed on the website is provided for information purposes and may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        accommodation charges;
        any applicable discounts;
        the end-of-stay cleaning fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The final amount is the amount confirmed to the guest before payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        All prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Any currency conversions displayed on the website are provided for information purposes only. Payments are made in euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          A 50% deposit of the total stay amount is required upon confirmation of the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the arrival date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is payable upon confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Payments are made by credit or debit card through a secure payment link sent to the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The booking is only fully guaranteed once the deposit has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Cancellation by the Guest<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            All cancellations must be made in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Unless specific conditions have been agreed upon at the time of booking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            more than 90 days before arrival: full refund of all amounts paid;
            between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount remains payable;
            less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay amount remains payable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Exceptional circumstances may nevertheless be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Changes to the Stay<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Any request to change the dates, duration of the stay, or number of guests is subject to availability and prior approval by Prairie des Aliz\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              A change may result in a revised price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Cancellation by Prairie des Aliz\u00e9s<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                In the exceptional event that Prairie des Aliz\u00e9s is unable to provide the booked accommodation, we will offer, whenever possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                alternative dates;
                or a full refund of all amounts paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                No additional compensation may be claimed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \n
                1. Minimum Stay and Maximum Occupancy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  The usual minimum booking period is 5 nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  The maximum occupancy of the villa is 7 guests, including children, unless otherwise agreed in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  The number of guests declared at the time of booking must be respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n
                  1. Use of the Villa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    The guest agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    use the property peacefully and respectfully;
                    respect the neighbourhood;
                    take proper care of the furniture, equipment and facilities;
                    comply with safety instructions and the villa rules;
                    not organise parties or events without prior permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    The villa must be left in a reasonable condition at the end of the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    1. Damage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or by any person staying at the property as part of their booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Repair or replacement costs resulting from abnormal damage may be charged to the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Swimming Pool and Equipment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        Use of the swimming pool and the villa's equipment is at the occupants' own responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        Children must remain under the constant supervision of an adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \n
                        1. Check-in and Check-out<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          Check-in and check-out times will be communicated before the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          Any late arrival or special request must be communicated in advance so that its feasibility can be confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          1. No Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                            In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            1. Personal Data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                              Personal data collected when submitting a booking request is used solely for managing the stay, communicating with the guest, and fulfilling administrative or accounting obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              For further information, guests may consult the website's Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              1. Complaints<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                Any complaint relating to a booking or stay should first be submitted in writing to Prairie des Aliz\u00e9s so that an amicable solution can be sought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                1. Applicable Law<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                  These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  The statutory rules governing jurisdiction in consumer matters remain fully applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
