Villa Prairie des Alizés

- Purpose
These Terms and Conditions apply to direct bookings made for Villa Prairie des Alizés, located in Cap Est, Martinique.
By submitting a booking request, the guest acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Booking Request and Confirmation
Selecting dates and submitting the booking form on the website constitutes a booking request and does not represent an immediate confirmation.
Each booking request is reviewed before being accepted.

these Terms and Conditions have been accepted;
the required deposit has been paid.
A confirmation email is then sent to the guest.
- Stay Price
The applicable rates are those communicated at the time the booking is approved.
The price estimate displayed on the website is provided for information purposes and may include:
accommodation charges;
any applicable discounts;
the end-of-stay cleaning fee.
The final amount is the amount confirmed to the guest before payment.
All prices are expressed in euros (€).
Any currency conversions displayed on the website are provided for information purposes only. Payments are made in euros.
- Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of the total stay amount is required upon confirmation of the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the arrival date.
For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is payable upon confirmation.
Payments are made by credit or debit card through a secure payment link sent to the guest.
The booking is only fully guaranteed once the deposit has been received.
- Cancellation by the Guest
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Unless specific conditions have been agreed upon at the time of booking:
more than 90 days before arrival: full refund of all amounts paid;
between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount remains payable;
less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay amount remains payable.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.
Exceptional circumstances may nevertheless be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Changes to the Stay
Any request to change the dates, duration of the stay, or number of guests is subject to availability and prior approval by Prairie des Alizés.
A change may result in a revised price.
- Cancellation by Prairie des Alizés
In the exceptional event that Prairie des Alizés is unable to provide the booked accommodation, we will offer, whenever possible:
alternative dates;
or a full refund of all amounts paid.
No additional compensation may be claimed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Minimum Stay and Maximum Occupancy
The usual minimum booking period is 5 nights.
The maximum occupancy of the villa is 7 guests, including children, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The number of guests declared at the time of booking must be respected.
- Use of the Villa
The guest agrees to:
use the property peacefully and respectfully;
respect the neighbourhood;
take proper care of the furniture, equipment and facilities;
comply with safety instructions and the villa rules;
not organise parties or events without prior permission.
The villa must be left in a reasonable condition at the end of the stay.
- Damage
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or by any person staying at the property as part of their booking.
Repair or replacement costs resulting from abnormal damage may be charged to the guest.
- Swimming Pool and Equipment
Use of the swimming pool and the villa's equipment is at the occupants' own responsibility.
Children must remain under the constant supervision of an adult.
- Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated before the stay.
Any late arrival or special request must be communicated in advance so that its feasibility can be confirmed.
- No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
- Personal Data
Personal data collected when submitting a booking request is used solely for managing the stay, communicating with the guest, and fulfilling administrative or accounting obligations.

- Complaints
Any complaint relating to a booking or stay should first be submitted in writing to Prairie des Alizés so that an amicable solution can be sought.

- Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.
The statutory rules governing jurisdiction in consumer matters remain fully applicable.
