How Booking Works

🗓️ 1. Select your dates:

Check the availability calendar and select your preferred dates. Minimum stay: 5 nights.
30% discount for stays of 21 nights or more.
High season rate: €250 per night
(December 1 to April 30)
Low season rate: €200 per night
(May 1 to November 30)
End-of-stay cleaning fee: €150 flat fee

SPECIAL OFFER from September 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026: €180/night

📝 2. Send your booking request

Complete the form with your details, including the number of guests and your contact information, then submit your request.

✅ 3. Booking approval

Your request will be reviewed before your booking is confirmed. We will contact you shortly to confirm availability and the details of your stay.

💳 Payment terms

50% of the total stay amount is payable once the booking has been approved.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in our Terms and Conditions
Once your booking has been approved, you will receive a secure payment link to pay by credit or debit card.
